EquineOps Launches First Business Management Platform Built Specifically for Professional Horse Trainers

New platform addresses long-standing gap in tools built for the business side of professional training operations

Fort Collins, CO — April 9, 2026 — EquineOps today announced the launch of its business management platform purpose-built for professional horse trainers — the first of its kind designed around how trainers actually run their businesses, rather than adapted from generic barn or stable management software.

The platform centralizes everything a training operation needs to run professionally — horse records, client communication, document management, and billing — in one place. Horse owners access their own dedicated client portal to stay current on their horses without the back-and-forth of texts and phone calls. And when a farrier, dentist, or other service provider visits the barn, their records sync directly into the platform, so trainers maintain a complete, up-to-date picture of every horse in their care without chasing down paperwork.

"Professional horse trainers run complex businesses, but the software available to them has always been generic," said Ryan Rushing, co-founder of EquineOps. "We've been making do with spreadsheets and whiteboards for too long. We built EquineOps to solve the pain points trainers face every day."

The platform is currently available to US-based trainers across all major disciplines, including reining, cutting, cow horse, hunter/jumper, and dressage. Pricing starts at $35 per month, with a month long free trial available.
